Richard will now lead and support our Regional Directors across the UK, helping each of them build their regions faster, strengthen local networks, and connect with more businesses who can benefit from our expertise.
Richard has been instrumental in driving growth and awareness since joining Kiss the Fish, combining his marketing know-how with a deep understanding of what drives successful sales organisations. In his new role, he’ll focus on:

Nick Weston Appointed Regional Director for South East England
We’re also excited to announce that Nick Weston has been appointed Regional Director for the South East of England.
Nick is known for building high-performing teams, forging strong partnerships, and delivering measurable growth across corporate, SME and start-up environments. With deep experience in scaling businesses, he combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach that gets results.
