David has been a Principal with Kiss the Fish for nearly three years and has consistently been a trusted advisor to leadership teams across the region. His appointment reflects both his contribution to the business so far and the continued growth we are seeing across the North of England.

David brings over thirty five years of experience in senior sales leadership roles, having worked with national and international organisations across a wide range of sectors. Throughout his career, he has led sales teams of up to 400 people and operated in high pressure environments where clarity, pace, and results matter.
His experience spans corporate organisations, SMEs, and family-run businesses, with revenues of up to £800m. This breadth gives David a deep understanding of how sales challenges change as businesses grow, and what is required to build sustainable performance at each stage.
David is known for his passion for results and his ability to improve already high performing teams, helping leaders sharpen focus, improve execution, and build confidence in their sales direction.
