Scott Carson
Scott joined Kiss the Fish in January 2008. He is a graduate of Brunel University where he gained a BA(hons) degree in Sports Science and History. Scott heads up our mediation team and is a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) accredited mediator.
Previously Scott worked for the Squash Rackets Association as a PR Officer and as an interview coordinator for The All England Lawn Tennis Club. In 1995 Scott left the UK to be a member of the British Hovercraft Expedition to Nicaragua; upon his return he qualified as a teacher and spent the next ten years working in a range of different educational settings. During his eight years in special education he found his niche working with pupils and young adults with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. As a senior manager in a South London school he worked with and as a consultant for a variety of different agencies including Social Services; Youth Offending, Joint Adolescent Service and the Metropolitan Police. During his later years in education he helped pioneer an ‘Outreach Service’ for disaffected pupils aimed at improving better practice in curriculum, assessment, development and diversity.
During his time at Kiss the Fish, Scott has been involved in ‘value and people improvement’ work with several of our clients and is now concentrating on bringing private and public sector clients to the company.
