All about us
The founder of the business-Andrew Milbourn, first came across the term “Kiss the Fish” online, as a quote from an American swimming coach. “When in doubt, Kiss the Fish” is the phrase used to enable the young swimming students in his charge to overcome their fear of being bitten by “sea monsters”(fish) when getting into the lake.
Improving personal performance starts with establishing opportunities (often exposing weaknesses) in order to make progress. Some wont “jump in the water” as they fear facing the pain of being exposed and confronting honesty. “Kiss the Fish” is a metaphor for enabling change and embracing fear, we will enable you to “Get in the pool” and proactively continue your journey to success. Our philosophy is to enable you to have the mindset of the High Achiever.
The rate of change in the world is increasing at an ever growing rate, we’ll help you and your enterprise to tune into that change, proactively create a practical plan and move towards your goals.
Of course this all costs money-our fees. Kiss the Fish only accept assignments when with our clients we can determine that the return earned by working together will generate a solution capable of delivering a financial or customer (yours) return which is at least 3 times your investment with KTF.
Kiss the Fish is made up of very experienced staff, all of whom have a track record that speaks for itself. We aren’t all the same because we don’t all do the same job. Our skills, experience and expertise blend together to provide options for each problem that we encounter on behalf of our customers.
There is no risk to working with KTF. Still Fearful of working with us-Great you are the perfect client- Its your time to grow “Kiss the Fish”
